Lily was born on August 26, 2011 with a weight of 2990 g, everything was fine, the baby is healthy. But at 4 months of the girl’s life, the mother began to notice that something was wrong – she did not roll over and did not react to the world around her.
At 5 months she was diagnosed with a congenital malformation of the CNS – cerebellar worm hypoplasia, agenesis of the lower and middle legs of the cerebellum, dystonic paraparesis syndrome, atactic syndrome.
Since then, the parents have been fighting for their daughter’s life: they were in Hadzhebey, underwent 12 rehabilitations at the Kozyavkin RC, 10 rehabilitations at the Kharkiv Institute of Orthopedics, and permanent treatment for the 5th neuralgia. Lily’s results are very good, she began to keep her balance, sit, move independently,

but in order not to lose the skills that the girl has already acquired, and to progress further, it is necessary to constantly undergo rehabilitation.
The girl has been to the Rostok Zhyttia Center twice (last in the fall of 2020), and she already has a lot of positive changes, especially in coordination, hippotherapy is very helpful in this regard.
The next rehabilitation course in “Sprout of Life” is scheduled for May 15, 2021 and its cost is UAH 25,000. But after 9 years of continuous treatment, the parents have exhausted all resources.
